Timeline Photos Removing four layers of old flooring to prepare this floor for a new installation might not have been the easiest way to go, but it insured that the new flooring height would line up exactly with the old flooring from the adjoining hallway. This new, pre-finished floor was selected to match the old, so the customer wouldn't have the additional expense of refinishing everything.

Timeline Photos When Williamson Remodeling started trying to get to the bottom of some water issues a customer was having, the brick facade on this 1993 home was removed to determine the extent of the damage. $30.00 in felt water barrier could have prevented this damage. This water damage extended all the way down to the bottom plate and compromised this home's structure. Ledger board, subfloor and first floor studs and exterior cladding all had to be replaced. Stay tuned for how this home is now back in tact, water tight, insulated and better than ever!

Timeline Photos Quick sketch for a client' mud room. The space is being increased by 24 square feet by moving an adjacent wall. The new space is going to be used to incorporate some much-needed lockers into their mudroom/laundry room. They are gaining a broom closet and three generous lockers. One of each locker's shelves will have its own outlet for charging al those devices. Lockers will be painted white with a dark-stained, wood seat. The panel on the broom closet door will be a bulletin board, chalkboard or mirror. The client hasn't quite decided on that one yet....
